What are Usergroups?
Usergroups are a way in which board administrators can group users. Each user can belong to several groups (this differs from most other boards) and each group can be assigned individual access rights. This makes it easy for administrators to set up several users as moderators of a forum, or to give them access to a private forum, etc.
How to join or create a User-group:
At this time all available User-groups are viewable by the public and can be upon membership become private and viewable by there membership only.
To join a user-group click the user-group link on the page header and you can then view all user-groups. Not all groups are open access -- some are closed and some may even have hidden memberships.
If the board or user-group is an Open Group then you can request to join it by clicking the appropriate button. The user Group Moderator will need to Approve Candidates.
If the board or user-group a Closed Group Candidates cannot request to join but can be added or removed by the Group Moderator.
To Create a User-Group, Submit the following Information to the forum Administrator.
Group Name, Group Description, Group Moderator.
Group Moderators will set and be responsible for there own forum rules. Whether your Group is Adult/ MA or Restricted Viewing/ R or General Audience/G.
User-Groups may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
